ITMAN 1,241
So off we go to Sutton on Saturday. A few factoids to stimulate the conversation. Sutton are currently 2nd in the NL with 17 points from 9 games Goals for 17 Goals Against 12 Last 3 games: Dagenham (H) 1-1, Wealdstone (A) 3-3 and Wrexham (a) 0-4 on Tuesday night They have conceded 7 goals in the last 2 games The highest place team they have played is Wealdstone (3-3) They have only played 3 teams in the top half of the table Highest score 5-1 against Kings Lynn at home Of the 4 home games played they have Won 2, Drawn 1 and Lost 1 Top scorers: Olaofe 4, Beautyman 3, Bugiel 3 Home ground is Gander Green Lane which has an artificial pitch Fixtures so far: Maidenhead United (H) 3-0 Aldershot (A) 2-1 Weymouth (A) 1-0 Notts County (H) 0-1 Yeovil (A) 2-1 Kings Lynn (H) 5-1 Dagenham (H) 1-1 Wealdstone (A) 3-3 Wrexham (A) 0-4 Based on the teams played so far they have yet to play any of the "title contenders" other Notts County. Their last 3 games have shown a drop in the early season form, now might be a good time to play them coming off of a 0-4 defeat midweek. Head says draw heart says Away win, if we start with Bell up front and use Dann's at some point in the game. 1 2

Taken on the back of a 4 goal defeat at Wrexham on Tuesday then this is a defence which is low on confidence. Edited November 26, 2020 by ITMAN
rdj 707
"Head says draw heart says Away win, if we start with Bell up front and use Dann's at some point in the game. " Is Danns's fit? Why have we signed him as a bench warmer. I hope he is on a pay for play basis.
Shaymen2008 966
Hopefully we can nullify their potent strikeforce, press them in midfield and try and catch them on a rare counter attack when Allen will run 30 or 40 yards through their defence and stick one in the corner. Both our new signings are still struggling with the effects of Covid and should be fit and ready in a couple of weeks. Gavlar 209
Will be lumping on the away win. Isn’t it 4G?
Withowram 19
At least we have been training on similar 3G playing surface this last few days. really need to deliver on our stated tactics: high tempo, pressing, athletic and playing mainly in oppositions last third. Basically need to play forward and get bodies into the box, then regroup/mark your man and start again

With a name like Benjamin Paul Ballance-Drew, it was clear to see why he opted for Plan B as a stage name. Whatever happened to him?
