If you add up the wages we’ve paid on a reserve keeper sat on the bench these last 5 years we could have bought the next vardy gregory and hogan

Keep hearing this about not having a 2nd keeper but maybe the rules state you must register 2 in your squad? Does any team at this level only have only 1?

Solihull did for a season about 2 seasons ago when Flowers manager or at least never had on team sheet, only rule I believe is you must have a 16 man squad when you have to register for the league.

Do the first team and youth team train together? The main use I see for a sub keeper is giving the main keeper someone to train with during the week.

Certain members of the youth team are invited to train with the first team but as a whole I don´t believe they do Greg.

Goalkeeping Coach!! Is this a full time position or someone who spends a few hours a week, hour a day or whatever?? In either case, he needs to work with Sam on distribution and speed of distribution which are both very poor. Sams shot stopping is pretty good, gets down well for a big lad, just his distribution for me. Also then, if we have a goalkeeping coach, why can he not spend some time with some of the other players and coach them in basic keeping, just enough to see out a game with an element of confidence if Sam got injured during a game. This would save a wage in not needing a bench warmer??

No the goal keeping coach is nit a full time position .. same with the conditioning coach

Back room staff of seven for seventeen players. Has anyone told Bosomworth?

What on earth will they all do with their time?

Think a bit of belt tightening in order, what will Sargison do that Millington can’t do and vice versa?

No excuse for not having a plan B when games aren’t going well under plan A.

At least three are part time ..if we are going to bring players through and develop them then they need a lot of coaching

Last season was his ever first season where King played more than a handful of games.

It could be hoped that it was a learning experienced from which he can now improve his self control which will benefit both him and the team this season.

We have also purchased gps equipment and a drone for training purposes now.

And looking into Streaming games everything looks to be on the up. C´mon the Shaymen.

Think the gps and drone are part of the Hudl package.  Think it takes the footage and numbers and send it’s to analytic experts that clip it down and analyse it and then send it back to club. Quite forward thinking really.

Take it your not A fan?

What the hell is the world coming to SDU?? It's a game kicking a ball from one end of a pitch to the other trying to get it into the "onion" bag!! What the god damn hell are Analytic Experts getting involved for??? (whatever they are). Hell, before you know it they'll be stopping games to look at big screens to see if someones offside or sumat, or the Ref will have a gadget that tells him if the balls gone in the net!!! Get the ball, kick it as hard as you can and run like hell, simple.

Whenever it is in the future that Wild is no longer the manager, I vote for Tommy to be in charge.

I'm with Tommy H72.  Things get far too complicated.  A staff of seven non players.  One staff for 2.4 players.  How the hell much do these people cost?  How many extra players could we get without them.

We need one manager and one general jack of all trades.  How it used to be back in the day

Aye, and we should encourage half the team to be alcoholics and the rest to have pie and chips 30 mins before kickoff on a match day. You know, how it used to be back in the day.

Lets be fair here Greg45, England won the World Cup on that diet. Drank pints in the pub with the fans after the game and smoked 40 a day. Never done any of them any harm??? Gazza, possibly our greatest player ever lived on kebabs and lager, hasnt done him any harm!!!! The list of is endless. Proper hard tackling kick your teeth in footballers. Mans game??
