A table is about all we'll get to play on next season

As long as it's within 260 miles of the Shay then we can all go and watch according to Mr Cummings and his friends.

We might need a squad of 20+ players next season, if it starts late and is squashed into 6 or 7 months rather than the normal 9 it will mean more midweek fixtures. Be a big ask to have the majority of players playing sat tues week in week out.

I think a few will be behind closed doors next season.

I actually think by September we won’t be far off being back to normal.

We have a fullback and a centre forward lined up, the centre forward is lacking little fitness but is a potential premier league player, the fullback is quite happy he can deal with a threat as long as they don't have a great deal of pace.

Matty Stevens and Liam Ridehalgh?

Where you getting these names from ?

Ridehalgh is from the town. Bit of a comeback from league 1 but who knows. Be a decent signing.

Might all just be rumour though.

Liam ridehalghs dad lives by me so I can always ask him next time he’s out. He’s on good whack at tranmere though.

Yeah that's my only thinking really, was the only one that I can think of that fits the category of a local left back that's not necessarily the fastest though

Who said anything about a left back? Personally I would play him further forward, but who am I to argue with the player himself who feels he can do a great job at fullback.

Strikers - Eh !

I see PNE have released Connor Simpson (CF) who they signed in Jan 2018 for £50k from Hartlepool.

He has been most recently on loan a Accrington but not really made any impact.

I doubt he would be any good for us. Probably similar to TSS !

I see Hartlepool are in administration again.

Some of their fans have released a cover version of Sham 69's If The Kids Are United to try and raise funds.

Do they start next season on minus points?

Not sure. I just saw that a few of their fans had released the single to raise money.

Admin or difficulty??

It appears to be from 2018 looking at the local newspaper website. The funds being raised were for the Academy and not the main club. If there is anything else out there I cannot find it.
