Wonder what wil happen in the event the National League decide to start the league up again on April 3rd (not that that is likely)? Would we be penalised for being unable to fulfil our fixtures or will the Council reopen the Shay early?

Whereas I know commonsense and national league ruling body should not be in the same sentence commonsense has to prevail, but luckily it will not be tested. They just have to make a decision on what happens with promotion demotion now.

With the council now taking the decision to close the Shay for 12 weeks from this Friday (takes us to 12th June), surely that means that the football and rugby teams will not owe rent for that period?

Shay Closing

You would have thought that for all the money being thrown around by the current Chancellor some might land up in the laps of SME's such as FC Halifax Town.
