Town make it £10 for anyone with a ST at any Prem Club and EFL club.  Great thinking by us!

Big game this in front of the cameras and 3 points a must. In our 2 league defeats so far this year we haven’t been outplayed but have just struggled to find that spark upfront and put our chances awa

More people will pass through Tesco’s in Brighouse than the Shay on Saturday.

I think a lot of non-league clubs could see increased gates from FL and PL clubs wanting to get a game in. I was trying to persuade a mate of mine at work, who is a Leeds fan, to get down the Shay on Saturday instead.

When the tube in London closes we will know it is serious. Still hundreds of thousands huddled together on that.

Or 'short formed' trains still running across the north with passagers squished together

Anybody state with authority as to whether the death his higher Feb/March than in a normal year?

Good question Steve, so many "experts" have pinned their reputations on this virus being way beyond normal flu we may never know as the loss of credibility would be enormous.

Should be lower this year under normal circumstances due to the milder weather but I wouldn't have a scooby what this years figures are or what the figures for previous years are . Flu is more dangerous in warmer climates and would be more of a problem in July/August in Britain

More importantly we have to win this game. A point simply isn’t good enough and won’t keep us in the play offs. Anything less than 3 points tomorrow is a bad result

It doesn't really matter now season's unlikely to finish.

Seasons have to come to a conclusion. You can’t say 30 odd games are null and void.

Worst case scenario you bring in a Duckworth Lewis style method and those finishing in promotion/relegation spots know their fate and we start again in August.

Whatever it is it has to be agreed by all leagues from the Premier League all the way down the Pyramid. There will be so much to sort out I am glad I am not involved in those decisions

Why can't they be null and void? Were in uncharted territory and the completion of a football season is not that important.

A suggestion, cancel the league for this season, start again in August with the league exactly as it is now, the teams you have left to play this season become 6 point games when you play them next season. The team that wins gets 6 points, if it's a draw you get 2 points each. That way you combine 2 seasons into one?

Or, and this might sound a bit "out there", but it could solve a few problems...

We suspend for as long is needed and conclude this season, hopefully by Aug/Sep. We then start a new season that lines up with it ending in December going forward.

If we ended up with a new schedule that saw a football season run from March - November, it would give us summer football, lighter days, better weather (so less postponements lower down the pyramid when bad winters come) and it would also line up with that awful corrupt World Cup in Qatar.

Going forward we then use Decembers for things like Euro's / World Cups.

Whatever happens with this season has to be consistent from every league, not just the Prem, the FL, or even just the ones in England - we should have consistency from around every league that could potentially send a team to a CL/Europa competition. It changes tradition to have summer football, however, is it something that could be worth considering?
