  1. Barrow

My thoughts exactly Lewis. This squad has one of the least potent attacking forces that I can ever remember. And that's after almost 55 years of watching the mighty shaymen. Do the right thing and remove the man in charge DB
  2. Solihull Replay

I stated on another thread, the Manager has to go, simply not good enough. In a normal business, would have been shown the door weeks ago.
  3. We Need A Striker

Mr Fullerton is quite simply not good enough, simple as. His record speaks for itself.  Over to you, the Board of Directors.
  4. My New FA Cup

My sentiments exactly, I have thought the same thing for years. Not too disimaler to say Lewis Hamilton starting 1 mile Infront of the grid to give him a great chance of winning yet another GP.
  5. "Three points will trigger different mind-set"

Couldn't agree more with your comments, I hope I am wrong but I have grave concerns about the coming season.
  6. Braintree Thread

I really hope you are correct, but remember he hasn't chosen his starting eleven yet.
  7. Well after all the pre season friendlies, are we really prepared to accept this gobbledegook from our manager ( see heading). A couple more wins from a settled team may have generated a more positive attitude for the season to come. Anyway as said before , I wish the team all the best for the coming season.
  8. The New Season

I really don't want to be negative, but this must surely rate as one of the worst build ups for the new season as I can ever remember. The web site tells you next to nothing, The managers statements are so bland it beggers belief. How they try to generate enthusiasm to attend matches for the people of Halifax is just beyond me. With one pre season game to go are we putting out a team to meet the rigours of conference football or are we going right up to next Friday with trialists instead of two players, one who even hasn't kicked a ball as yet. The fans I believe require respect and should be kept informed of basic activity within the club, other clubs do it well and are at a far lower level in the football hierarchy than town. Still after 50 years of supporting the Shaymen I wish them all the luck for the coming season. The Entertainer.
