"Difficult to pick a MOM on the second half showing but first half I'd have gave it to Harry Winter"

Poor Harold will have been squinting as he looked around the stadium looking for the fans. At least he played, still think we will see him again soon.

Good on the lad, atleast he's getting games now.
Would love to see him back here he's a quality player and looked like the final piece of the jigsaw........I still don't understand how a club with money worries can reject an offer for ANY player!

Are Northwich in administration?

I know it's been mentioned before but surely the deal would be dealt with by them on behalf of the club and it would be up to them whether to accept a bid?

Gamble on turning professional backfired and they have released their top earners e.g. Lee Elam. Transfer embargo in place, therefore they are now recalling their loanees to plug the gaps.

If that's the case then it's madness from whoever turned it down given their current predicament!

Either way, it's still alot of money for a club in financial trouble.

It's ridiculous to talk about paying transfer fees of this size for players at this level, particularly the cheeseburger. I hope these rumours are unfounded. How many players did Wilder pay money for when he assembled the Conference play-off side, for example?
