The biggest question.....Can we afford him?

If it was a case of supporters putting too would 800 be prepared to put in £2 a week to get him I would

Captain and Vice Captain would be expected to be somewhere around the top earner bracket

Why cant we ... its 1 players wages not signing 8 players on massive wages. Do you know what he earns and what we pay or are you assuming?

No Halifaxmark I don’t know what Dave earns,  but I’m pretty sure it will be more than mr b wants to pay,  I hope I’m wrong and we do sign him it would be a great signing but I’m not building my hopes up.

I know I've mentioned it a few times, but the Chairman said they couldn't afford £1600 p/wk for Conor Wilkinson when Town were offered him on loan from Gillingham. I don't know what Rodney is paid at Salford but it gives an idea of the wages the club could, or maybe more importantly, couldn't afford.
Goals will have to come from somewhere next year.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Orient had a little look at Dave.

We have to wait until next year for a goal? It's going to be a long season. :P

Plus a transfer fee. Potentially, unless the club's came to some agreement.

The situation must be a win for all concerned for Rodney to join us on loan for 2019/20, rather than him compete with all the MUFC loanees at Salford in 2019/20 !

I think Salford will have a clear out they have 28/9 players and they will try and buy the title again going for high wage league 1 players to step down.

Alexander and Lucketti took Fleetwood up in their first full season there so they know what is required next season.

Let's hope old Shayman Chris does his old club a favour by loaning us young Rodney to gain more playing experience

I didn't know Chris Lucketti's at Salford. Good on him.
