Great win and character not to let them come back in and get a winner after they equalised, then to go on and win it. Win on Thursday and we are mathematically safe. Woking look like they will occupy the final spot - lost again today, 1 point above Barrow having played 2 games more and with a worse goal difference.

With the football we are playing and Gateshead result tonight we could make it nine out of nine on Thursday. Let the momentum carry us on to Gateshead and Torquay.

On a side note predictive text on my phone for Torquay is ...Torture. Someone from HTC has obviously been to Torture sorry Torquay.

Sadly they are just about. Highest we can mathematically finish is 9th, realistically probably 10th or 11th

fantastic result for the shaymen, similar type of outcomes last 2 games, with town scoring first , opponents equalising but we have the desire to finish the job and take all 6 points against two of the top clubs, would that have happened 10 games ago , doubt it

It feels a bit strange to have this happy winning positive vibe I’m getting! New shiny young manager with something to prove players with great individual and team spirit.... looking forward to next season already! Perhaps we don’t need a massive overhaul just keep applying whatever he’s doing so far! Fantastic 2 results against promotion chasing teams..

This just goes to prove that JF is out of his depth at this level. Time to go.

Good win. We really need to stop having everyone back at set pieces we were asking to concede and qe eventually did.

Cracking comeback after conceding though. Nice of the keeper to put it on tomlinson's head for the winner though.

Now which 1 of these 11 is fit enough to go again in 48 hours.

I'm sure Darren Kelly could get us there though

There are seven teams below us who can catch us

it impossible for them all to do that as they must play each other

we are safe

winning

And MFT seems to be a turning into a real gem

What I don't understand is why would a club fighting for survival ship out a player to a rival team also scrapping for their lives.. Who clearly has a sense for goal..

Seems bonkers to me.

Perhaps is the new manager polishing him up and getting best out of him? Whatever it is long may it continue!

Can I just say how brilliant Mike Fondop-Talom was tonight. He's starting to look like a complete striker, and if he keeps it up he'll certainly go on to better things. Signing him up on a permanent deal must be the priority this pre-season.

Need to keep eleven on the pitch. ShaymenStats says their player made a massive meal out of the incident that saw Thompson booked.

He did indeed.

We need to try and keep MFT. He could turn out to be a decent player with the right coaching. 2 in 2 keep going Mike lad and well done to him, the team and Jamie Fullarton.

Happy chappy tonight.
