Not got the foggiest, myself. Who do fans think will get the job? I wonder if Micky Bullock's coming back?

Gary Mills. I don't want it to happen but I really can't see us going for anyone else.

Personally would like Mark Bower. He knows the league and the club and having watched BPA on a number of occasions since he took over (when they were truly awful) has built a good team sitting on the edge of the conference north playoffs.

Billy Barr would be an excellent appointment. Good credentials, i would just worry about his knowledge of non league.

Apart from having played for town for many years what good credentials does he have? He’s never managed anyone before (excluding short caretaker spells where he didn’t actually do very well).

And what has he been doing for the last 4 years since he left caretaker job at Wrexham?

I know it’s not much to go on, but done a fantastic job at Blackburn Under 18s over the past few years competing against clubs like Man Utd and Man City

If we’re only going to look at managers that have done something, I presume when you say something you mean win things IE promotions trophies etc, etc, that narrows the choice down severely.

No I don’t mean that at all - but I wouldn’t mind the starting point being “managed a football club” if we are to get out of our current state.

Most Conference managers have been fired from somewhere at some time.

Maybe someone temporary till the end of the season.

The choice a lot have at moment from looking at all sites is Tommy Miller, would go with that personally.

He's said on a few occasions he loves his current role and not interested in managing

Great call, he would probably bring Josh Wilson back.
